Job Summary

This job is responsible for the supervision and administration of the Physical Security Program. It involves backup responsibilities for the Manager, Nuclear Security position

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Supervise security analysts responsible for the security computer system, corrective action program, procedures and various other security related functionsServe as a regulatory interface with the NRCAct as a subject matter expert regarding security regulationsProvide daily oversight I support of security operationsOversee the safety-security programInterface with and support the security services teaming partnerHandle, process, create, and control safeguards informationEstablish and maintain strong business relationships with all station departmentsFill an ERO position and provide outage supportConsistently seek out and implement program improvements

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

5 years' experience in the nuclear security industry- required2 years' experience as a supervisor /leader - requiredWorking knowledge of 1OCFR Part 73.55 - requiredStrong communication skillsAbility to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple assignmentsPossess systematic problem - solving skills
