The MTC Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive training of missionaries under his jurisdiction. This includes the strategic long range planning, designing and implementing all phases of the curriculum and training organization; supervising and coordinating the evaluation of applicants and the hiring of teachers annually;  managing and directing these teachers, their supervisors and all aspects of the pre-service and in-service training;  resolving administrative and tactical concerns; and assisting in the training of incoming mission presidents, visitors' center directors and International Missionary Training Center (IMTC) Presidents.  Supervisor roll depends on size of MTC.
