Therefore, we invite applicants from all group dynamics to apply to our exciting career opportunities. **Qualifications** + **Education:** 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. + **Experience:** Three years nursing Experience, required. Four years Oncology Nursing (medical or surgical) Experience, preferred. + **Licensure/Certification:** + Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. + ONS Chemotherapy Provider, preferred. + Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), preferred. + **Additional Skills (required):** Will allow candidate to earn OCN and / or ONS Chemo Provider certification in the two year period following employment + **Additional Skills (preferred):** + Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer independently. + Demonstrates awareness of legal issues in all aspects of patient care. Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possesses knowledge of NMG/FMC policies/standards. Demonstrates self-directed learning through completion of any orientation requirements, nursing certification/updates and continuing education programs. Possesses clinical assessment skills relative to the hematology or oncology patient/family.
