The Role
The Research Center Data Steward Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of a Data Stewardship team remotely.What You'll DoProvide daily personnel supervision and performance management of a Data Stewardship teamEnsure that data stewardship goals for speed and accuracy of resolving records are attainedMonitor the work of the Data Stewardship team and ensure productivityUtilize metrics reports to ensure data steward performance and qualityAssess and monitor the daily resource allocation and workflow management to meet project deadlines and changing prioritiesAttend regular supervisor staff meetings and be able to discuss team goals and progressAdditionally, provide hands-on stewardship of customer data change requests and other customer-facing work requestsConduct team meetings to align with Research Center objectives and goalsRequirementsPrior Supervisor experience or Team Lead experience is requiredStrong coaching and development skillsProven track record of improving the performance of teams and individualsComputer experience including proficiency in Windows, Internet searches, and MS Office (PPT and Excel)Highly organized, extreme attention to detail, and focus on qualityAble to work independentlyStrong analytically, able to interpret data reportsCan learn quickly, problem-solve, and multi-taskExcellent communication skillsMust be able to travel 2-3 times per year for Research Center Co-Working events in Radnor, PA for 4 days for each eventNice to HaveCall Center or Data Center experience in a supervisory roleExperience working with healthcare and /or healthcare-related data and/or the life sciencesSQL knowledge is a plusFrench or Spanish language proficiencyPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $35,000 - $60,000 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
