Responsibilities The Perioperative Fellowship  Supervisor is responsible for the orientation, education and continuing education needs of the network-wide Perioperative Fellowship program (formerly referred to as the OR academy) .Responsible for the administrative, clinical and human resource management and professional development of the department’s staff.Demonstrates competency in the following: leadership, financial/operational performance, entrepreneur/business manager while maintaining and improving services excellence and clinical quality, educational training and facilitation of educational outcomes, competency utilizing current applicable literature and research.Cooperative collaboration in roles and responsibility across MH at all levels of staff, managers and administration is consistently demonstrated. Provides oversight of planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Perioperative Fellowship program.   Qualifications Masters  Degree5 years experience in clinical perioperative setting2 years recent experience in clinical educationRegistered Nurse American Heart Association BLS/Basic Life SupportCNOR certification HACKENSACK MERIDIAN HEALTH (HMH) IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
