负责操作员的辅导、发展以及绩效管理Responsible for operators’ coaching, development and performance management.
作为现场操作管理员和技术指导员，通过展示丰富的一线知识，遵守质量体系和使用正确的技术，起模范带头作用。Work as both operations supervisor and technical instructor, setting a good example through demonstrating abundant shop floor knowledge, compliance with quality systems and use of proper technique.
及时完成批记录的生产部分审核, 与QA批记录审核合作，及时解决问题。Finish Production Ticket review timely. Cooperate with QA to solve issues found in ticket review process timely.
参与到人员排班计划中，确保排班按计划执行Participate in operator and shift arrangement plan to ensure that plan can be performed on
确保操作员按计划完成资质认定Accountable to ensure operators complete qualification as scheduled
参与作业指导书的编写更新以及周期审阅，确保作业指导书内容与实际操作一致Participate in draft, update and annual review WI, make sure the content of WI is consistent with the actual operation
必须拥有制药经验（5年优先考虑）Must have pharmaceutical experience (5 years preferred)
良好的沟通技巧，一线团队合作Good communication skill; Well relationship with shop floor teamwork
