Job Summary:

The Supervisor of Personal Lines Account Analysts is responsible for leading a team of Account Analysts and Senior Account Analysts who manage a Personal Lines book of business. This role oversees daily operations, ensures high-quality service delivery to agency partners, supports retention and renewal strategies, and drives continuous improvement in workflows and team performance. The Supervisor provides coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback, while collaborating with leadership on training and process enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the Personal Lines Account Analyst and Senior Account Analyst teams to ensure service excellence.

Monitor daily operations, ensuring policy endorsements, renewals, and documentation are processed accurately and timely.

Establish team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with department objectives.

Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Oversee retention and renewal strategies, including remarketing processes and compliance tracking.

Facilitate proactive communication with agency partners to maintain strong relationships and address escalations.

Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and implement process enhancements.

Analyze team metrics and prepare reports to highlight achievements and identify improvement opportunities.

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

In-depth knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, processes, and service delivery.

Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in insurance systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance service or account management, with prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
