In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Set clear objectives and metrics effectively to meet organizational goals. Identify development priorities and drive upskilling initiatives by conducting learning sessions and workshops across the Discrete Automation Pricing team. Oversee the price changes and price increase activities. Drive real-time actions that enhance customer experiences by understanding data sources and performance metrics. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business insights that guide strategic decisions. Implement and refine tracking mechanisms to capture real-time data feedback loops for continuous improvement. Keep abreast of the latest trends in pricing and analytics to continually innovate our approach. Regularly provide reports and dashboards that highlight trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in pricing workflow.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses. 1-2 years of relevant experience leading a Pricing team. 5-7 years of relevant experience in Pricing and Reporting Analysis. General knowledge of pricing and analytics concepts. Demonstrated systems and process knowledge. Knowledge of various software applications such as Oracle, SharePoint, MS Access, MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools. Strong knowledge of the pricing process.
