Job Responsibility
1.    Daily/Monthly manage supplier delivery performance,daily collect information from planner & buyer to monitor supplier performance,any feedback for material shortage issue,needs to work with cross functional team to fix it in time in order to make sure smooth production;
2.    In charge of IC suppliers order release & shipment follow up, work closely with master planner & IC suppliers & logistic team to make sure all imported materials arrive at plant in time;
3.    Be responsible for annual FY STD cost update for IC side, to define suitable MOH rate for IC purchasing parts,cooperate with local finance team to monthly follow up actual vs standard cost discrepancy.
4.    Play as an active role in plant transfer & localization project,work with cross functional team to implement raw material & supplier transfer placidly;
5.    Monthly/Quarterly review supplier performance for poor performance supplier need to ask for improvement.
6.    Handle MRO procurement & purchasing, including consumable, maintenance spare parts, tooling, facility support. Be responsible for RFQ quotation, order release, delivery follow up, expense analysis;
7.    Ability to drive continuous improvement project including all related areas by identifying opportunities, streamlining process(internal & external);

Qualifications:
1.    Bachelor degree in related majors,
2.    5-8 years working experience in plant procurement,experience with direct & indirect material categories(Machinery heavy industry);
3.    Good communication skills and have strong sense of team work, leader ship;
4.    English language should be MUST,good at writing & speaking skills;
5.    Strong MS Software skills required, ERP system,(Oracle SAP)..
6.    Data skills, Automation(Power Automate,Power Query,BI dashboard analysis skills) are a plus.
