In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned team and support supervisors and the operations manager in improving team service levels, productivity, and efficiency.  Cultivate and maintain effective team communication, recruit new members, and address their interpersonal needs.  Define team objectives, set goals, and facilitate career development and succession planning. Support mechanical, electro-mechanical, and buyout commodities. Lead projects aligned with the strategic goals of the business unit, while also identifying new opportunities to help the unit achieve its objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronics and Communications, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, and other Engineering or Management-related courses. At least 7 years of relevant working experience in Procurement function in the manufacturing industry or a supply chain role in the shared services industry. At least 1.5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor handling multiple teams or supporting multiple functions and leading leaders as ad hoc, temporary, stretched, or developmental assignments. Broad knowledge of Supply Chain Operations such as Buying, Planning, SIOP, and Demand Planning, Supply Chain Operations and Business Analytics, and Procurement. Strong knowledge in eProcurement activities (Online Reverse Auction and Contract Management. Knowledge of various software applications such as SharePoint, MS Access, and Data Visualization Tools.
