Supervisor Production [F/M/X]

Job description

Your responsibilities:

Leading a team and executing quality conditions of production activities with blood and/or blood products and the manufactured (intermediate) products, including several different, often daily recurring production operations. Ensuring knowledge transfer to colleagues and employees by, among other things, giving presentations, providing training, and onboarding new users. Advising the supervisor on possible modifications and improvements in the process in the relevant area of focus. Troubleshooting problems and consulting with third parties about them. Performing inspections on products, processes, and (auxiliary) materials, including sampling and inspection.

Your profile:

Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working. 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. 3-4 years of experience in the production of pharmaceuticals. Knowledge of microbiology for working in conditioned spaces and aseptic preparations, cleaning and sterilization techniques, knowledge of separation techniques including precipitation, chromatography, and filtration. Additional expertise for managing the specialized production process. Knowledge of prevailing quality systems, guidelines, and procedures.

You are/have:

A positive attitude and professional behavior. Curious and eager to increase your own knowledge level by actively participating in courses and training programs. Some affinity with the pharmaceutical sector.
