Dispatchers The Supervisor builds improves and works to deliver a professional safe and secure environment for the hospital including its colleagues clinicians customers and visitorsThis Supervisor assists the Director or Manager of Public Safety with the performance of daily operational activities ensuring a customer oriented focus and compliance with department policies and procedures The Supervisor coaches and mentors current and new colleagues to achieve daily performance expectations personal and annual department goals The Supervisor may also provide other training and continuing
