Supervisor - Radiology Clinical

The supervisor provides leadership based on the Mayo Clinic Health System–Franciscan Healthcare (MCHS-FH) mission, vision, and values. The role includes ongoing collaboration and communication utilizing shared goal setting and decision making under the direction of their manager with physicians, associate providers, department staff and multidisciplinary team members. The Supervisor will maintain a professional environment and on-going development of staff. The Supervisor is mentored and assisted by the assigned Director or Administrator in applying current leadership and management theories and assists in the implementation of strategic and operational plans. The Supervisor participates in direct provision of services (e.g. patient care, other front-line department services, etc.) as necessary to meet patient and/or other customer needs. **Qualifications** Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or attain within three years of hire, and 5 years' work experience with demonstrated leadership abilities required. Registry in a Radiology technical field required for clinical operations supervisors (e.g. ARRT, RDMS, CNMT) in a patient care setting. 2 years’ experience in Radiology with previous management/leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of and experience with continuous quality improvement, LEAN, and change management process. May possess a degree/experience in an adjacent healthcare field. Supervisory/leadership experience with progressive increase in responsibilities preferred.
