Supervisor Rehabilitation Services



Position Summary
Coordinates and supervises the rehabilitation services daily operations according to organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities
•    Monitors the performance of rehabilitation staff
•    Oversees patient evaluations and assists with developing treatment plans
•    Ensures compliance with and adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
•    Responsible for staff adherence to reimbursement requirements
•    Trains and mentors subordinate staff
•    Assists with developing and maintaining the departmental strategic plans and budge
•    Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
•    Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
•    Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
•    Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned

 

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist/Speech-Language Pathologist required
•    Idaho licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech/language pathologist required
•    A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience required
•    BLS required
