Standard Duties :
90%- Reliability Analysis
Serve as the primary change agent for company-wide maintenance reliability initiatives by driving the required cultural transformation and the adoption of successful continuous improvement practices Develop and implement maintenance reliability strategies to increase machine OEE and achieve optimal performance Coordinate with maintenance teams to validate maintenance plans, schedules, instructions, spare parts specifications, etc., applying industry best practices Executing the implementation of TPM and RCM methodologies, and the creation of an effective supporting framework Acts as a proactive project leader and working with production, engineering and maintenance. Analyzes and recommends engineered solutions to identified failures. Utilizing NDT and data analysis, to leverage opportunities at the insipient stages of failure. Supports Preventive Maintenance Optimization.Maintains the continuous development of peer competencies in the various disciplines of Non-Destructive Testing, Analysis, Trouble Shooting, Root Cause Identification and Development of Corrective Actions. Train leadership in the effective use of maintenance reliability tools and methodologies Participates in Continuous Improvement Initiative; continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes. Completes required quality core classes and uses skills and techniques presented. Uses The Rules of Conduct in work environment. Adheres to corporate safety procedures. Must be a team player, organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize.Ability to: analyze and solve problems; use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and/or repair electrical or mechanical failures; read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of technical employees and or operations staff; add, subtract, multiply, and divide, perform basic algebraic functions in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in PC, written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Salary Range:
