From your PASSION to ours The Shred Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the department is running smoothly and in a safe, productive way. Focus on packaging products, quality, and people. Identifies, investigates, and works to solve any problems that arise. Works closely with department employees and reports any issues to the Shred Manager. Under the direction of the Shred Manager, supervisor will oversee all daily activities, which include supervision of product received, packaging product correctly, sanitation, production specifications, product quality, and management of all personnel. Experience · 2 years in a food plant. · 2 years of experience in a Shred Department preferred. Specialized Knowledge · Microsoft office including Excel and Word. · Experience with vertical and horizontal baggers.
