The candidate will also perform specialized treatment and assessments for patients with complex medical or mental illnesses. Required: * Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Science as an LCSW or LMFT * Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) OR Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) * Experience in a healthcare setting removing psychological barriers of complex and underfunded patients to ensure safe and timely discharges as it relates to housing issues. * Content knowledge of LPS processes, involuntary holds and the mental health conservatorship processes is required. * BLS (American Heart Assoc.) * Familiarity with advanced health care planning to execute safe and timely discharges.
