What will you do? Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the values of Starbucks and Delaware North. Responsible for opening and closing store, will supervise team members and operational needs by assigning tasks and coaching staff. Covers duties in the absence of team members, including cleaning and stocking. Quickly and effectively brings resolution to team member issues and concerns. Maintains clean and organized workspaces and storage areas. Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all preparation standards. Other duties as assigned. More about you No high school diploma or GED required Minimum one year supervisory experience in a customer service and/or retail environment preferred. Previous cash handling and POS experience required. Must be experienced in labor laws pertaining to employee relations. Requires effective written and verbal communication and problems solving skills. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays with regular and consistent attendance. Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and grasping with repetitive motions. Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds. Frequently immerses hands in water, soaps and sanitizer. May be exposed to variable temperatures. Exposure to, and use of chemicals used to clean and sanitize surfaces, areas, equipment and restrooms. Shift detailsDay shift
