Coordinates and performs daily activities that support the surgical practice. Provides supervision of staff assigned to the cores, and/or the supply and prosthesis areas, maintenance of inventory, instrumentation, implant management and maintenance and updating of the surgical inventory management system. **Qualifications** High School Graduate. Minimum of one year of experience in operating room or surgical instrument processing/inventory management setting. Certified Surgical Technologist required with 2 years of sterile processing experience . Excellent communication, organizational, and task management skills. Previous supervisory experience preferred and recent operating room experience preferred. Knowledge of quality assurance, inventory control, and continuous improvement concepts is preferred.
