This is an Hourly position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The supervisor of surgery support services coordinates, directs, and oversees the activities of personnel who prepare operating suites for surgical procedures, which may include transporting patients and assisting operating room staff with moving patients. Provides and maintains adequate staffing, supplies, and properly functioning equipment which keeps the department running effectively and in accordance with requirements. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED Experience: 2 years' experience in healthcare or 1 year of supervisory experience Licensure/ Certification: American Heart Association BLS (CPR) Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Strong customer service skills.
