Supervisor Talent Acquisition

The Supervisor of Talent Acquisition will lead and direct the routine functions of Talent Acquisition. The Supervisor of Talent Acquisition collaborates with field operations key stake holders as well Human Resource Business partners during the full recruiting process, driving to exceed slated Metrix supporting the overarching growth model. This position ensures compliance and works to continuously improve processes. Direct reports include Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Assistant, and Talent Acquisition Sourcer. This position will be Remote. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Strategic Sourcing Development, Staffing, and Selection (70%) Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition partners to achieve goals and metrics as defined by the organizational and departmental objectives. Collaborate with hiring Supervisors during the full recruitment cycle to execute talent acquisition strategies: recruitment, sourcing, screening, tracking, interviewing, and hiring. Serve as a consultant and business advocate to hiring Supervisors during selection process to make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications. Manage new hire onboarding process. Identify sourcing pipelines and define robust sourcing strategies using a variety of methods (e.g. networking, referrals, ads, internet sourcing, agencies). Identify, select, and establish relationships with third party vendors for unique and hard to fill positions. Ensure compliance to employment, benefit, and wage and hour laws in multistate environment. Program Management (30%) Manage the overall integrity of the Applicant tracking system. Manage the appearance of Job postings, offer letter and correspondence from said Applicant tracking system ensuring consistency throughout. Other projects as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and/or 15 plus years of talent acquisition experience- required. License/Certification: PHR or SPHR- preferred. Experience: 10+ years in an business environment of which at least 5 years is in talent acquisition- required. 3+ years of HR Supervisorial experience- required. Experience with an automated applicant tracking system (ATS) and internet resume sourcing-required. Knowledge of current sourcing trends-required. Experience recruiting both professionals and technically skilled positions- preferred. #MFMCORP
