Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce we currently have openings for our Supervisor Trainee program! This program is designed to build necessary skills to enhance coaching, communication, and leadership while learning about our company and the Support Services environment.
The Supervisor Trainee program offers advancement based on individual performance and opportunities. This program also offers a roadmap, focused training, learning and development opportunities to gain knowledge, skills, and experience to succeed in our dynamic environment.
Schedules: The training for this position is two weeks long with a schedule of Monday-Friday 9a-5:30p CST. This position offers shifts between the hours of 7am-10pm CST and could include working Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Benefits:
This position offers a targeted compensation package of $52,290 with an average of a 45-hour work week and includes a paid training that is 2 weeks at M-F, 9am-5:30pm CST and will include required attendance. You will also be eligible for full-time benefits including medical, dental & vision, 401k with a company match of up to 4% and profit sharing, paid time off, employee discounts and much more.
Once employees meet performance metrics, there is a possibility for eligibility for a hybrid work from home schedule!
Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Trainee, you'll be immersed in the culture of Enterprise Mobility and our contact center through booking quality reservations for our three brands worldwide. You will be entrusted to serve as the voice of Enterprise to customers while becoming the behind-the-scenes managerial expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually develop, cultivate, and supervise your own team.
