Position Summary
Provide Train-the-Trainers to Security Trainers and ensure their training performance is up to standard. Administrating the training records such as training attendance records, course assessments, performance rating and etc.
Primary Responsibility Monitor training data to evaluate training completion rates and other training related KPIs. Executing training plans and training programs to ensure plans are followed through Develop training material and coordinate training schedules with internal teams, T&D, and external training institutes. Perform other training and communication related tasks and ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor degree or equivalent. experienced in hospitality industry with training experience is preferable. Knowledge of training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation are preferable. Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Have good organizational and time management skills with the ability of planning and organizing activities. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, Putonghua is also preferable.
