Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in Code GT11000, ADMIN SUPT DIV of NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER TRAINING SYSTEMS DIVISION (NAWCTSD), ORLANDO, FL. Responsibilities You will serve as the administrative technical manager to the Executive Officer, Commanding Officer and Department Leads performing duties in the areas of administration within the command. You will provide supervision and guidance to Navy Administrative Section and Administrative Support Division and be responsible for performance reviews and evaluations as well as coaching and counseling on technical and administrative matters. You will manage routine office functions, maintain files, draft instructions and notices, and oversee the procurement, custody, and handling of publications. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Providing subject matter expertise for administrative support; 2) Reviewing Memorandums of Agreement/Understanding, Inter-service Agreements, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) program and Department of Defense Conference Approval Requests; 3) Demonstrated experience pertaining to staffing and knowledge management.
