Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ???????G8 Branch of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND. Responsibilities You will monitor the Defense Working Capital Fund activities, specifically revenue, cash and operating budget levels and assess and report imbalances to leadership. You will monitor efficiencies impacting Working Capital Fund organizations. You will complete formulation, presentation, and monitor execution for Working Capital Fund budgets and assure proper financing of the Defense Working Capital Fund requirements. You will remain cognizant of generally accepted accounting principles, theories, practices, methods and techniques relevant to a Defense Working Capital Fund. You will serve as the senior liaison for budget, accounting, and financial management policy and procedures within the organization. You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serve as the senior liaison for budget, accounting, and financial management policy and procedures within an organization; direct and/or perform continuing review, analysis and appraisal of major operating and support programs within an organization; provide recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas; AND support and promote all aspects of the Equal Employment Opportunity Program and Affirmative Action Plan. Education Additional Information A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized. Recruitment incentives may be authorized to eligible new hires. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
