Applicants must submit resumes/application packages via email to: michael.c.dial1.civ@us.navy.mil Responsibilities You will provide supervision, guidance, appraisal and control of branch level staff in the delivery of computer system capabilities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience developing processes across the information systems/services life cycle to ensure Information Technology capabilities meet current and future organizational and enterprise missions. - Experience executing NMCI, PEO Digital, telecommunications, and audio visual projects from initiation to sustainment. - Experience with acquisition and lifecycle management policies, procedures and practices. - Experience with functional and/or technical support to IT customers during requirements validation. - Experience with process and data modeling. Examples of Qualifying Experience: Attention to Detail - Evaluating program effectiveness; or investigating/analyzing a variety of unusual conditions, problems or issues. Customer Service - Deal effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, varied in rank and technical background. Oral Communication - Communicate complex technical information, ideas and recommendations effectively both orally and in writing. Problem Solving - Recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations. . Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
