About the Position: This position is located with the Army Sustainment Command, 407th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, Fort Cavazos, TX. Responsibilities Develop and disseminate internal policy and operating procedures. Evaluate the organization's needs for resources, facilities, personnel, supplies, etc. and ensures that necessary support is available. Developing and managing installation maintenance program. Formulating long- and short-term plans to ensure timely accomplishment of assigned missions. Develop and publish local regulations, guidelines, and other instruction pertaining to the Installation Maintenance Management Office (IMMO) function. Provide work assignments and reviews/spot checks work in progress or upon completion, as appropriate. Supervises a subordinate workforce through HR practices. Interacts with Garrison Directorates to correct any perceived or actual maintenance issues involving support provided prior to elevating to the Division Chief. Manages the MMIS program.
