Summary This position is located at Fort Leonard Wood- Leisure and Ticketing Office. There will be bi-weekly cut-offs starting on 27 February 2025, list will be sent when management upon request, till the position is filled, or closes. ** Responsibilities Incumbent provides management and supervisory duties for the assigned area of responsibility. The area of responsibility includes ticket sales for local area events and attractions. Guest services provides information on rental cars, taxis, ground transportation, dinner reservations, and other general information. Reviews trends in the field of recreation and leisure travel and makes recommendations for program adjustments. Responsible for the procurement and accountability of tickets for local and out of town attractions, and requests and maintains a library of travel and entertainment information, including brochures, maps, travel guides, and seasonal information. Makes presentations on activities and services available to various functions; collects, records, and maintains a variety of information required for various administrative and financial reports, inventory and monthly income reports. Prepares documentation for payment of vendor, balances daily receipts, bank statements, and daily activity reports; makes daily deposits. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Progressively responsible experience, including supervisory or managerial experience. Must have exceptional communication and people skills in customer service and problem resolution and be able to supervise the work of others. A two (2) year degree (AA) with a major emphasis in hospitality management or closely related field may be substitute for some of the required experience. Experience in attraction sales and guest services is desirable. **You will be rated based solely off of the information provided within your resume, please ensure you are clear and specific. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
