SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST
Summary THIS IS A NORTH DAKOTA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This ND National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, Position Description Number D0891P01 and is part of the ND USPFO, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in the Property Management Branch, Supply and Services Division, United States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO). Program Manager/supervises subordinates in two sections, the Supply Accountability Assistance Instruction Team (SAAIT) and Property Asset Managers. Its purpose is to plan, organize, review, evaluate and supervise the work of the branch office and to perform analysis of supply procedures, services, directives and management functions of the branch. Performs a full range of supervisory duties. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets supply directives and procedures. Is responsible for branch office logistical support program to ensure units/activities receive guidance and assistance required to correct problems and deficiencies. Analyzes results of property book reconciliations to determine if systemic problems exist. Coordinates with Army Material Command (AMC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and National Guard Bureau (NGB) program managers to effect receipt of required equipment to support readiness objectives. Acts as the Total Package Fielding (TPF) manager for the USP&FO. Coordinates system administration for the property management branch to include STAMIS security, software and hardware changes. MILITARY GRADES: Officers (O1-O3) QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE Length of time is not of itself qualifying. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must possess the experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-7 grade level or civilian equivalent experience; 1) Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc; 2) Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment; 3) Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures; 4) Experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management; 5) Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support; and 6) Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. OR Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree in a field related to the position OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a degree in a field related to the position You must also possess the experience, training or education to support your claim for the competency statements listed within the assessment questionnaire.
