Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the COMPONENT CONTROL BRANCH of the AVIATION SUPPORT DIVISION of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC. Responsibilities You will provide continuous authority and responsibility to operational and procedural applications supporting engine, avionics, and airframe readiness. You will be managing Power Plants, Airframes and Avionics in support of Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) You will assist in the development of procedures to maintain COMNAVAlRFOR mandated validation rate of 98% or better. You will enforce proper management and operation of AWP Power Plants, Air Frames, and Avionics. You will keep abreast of aircraft and airborne weapons systems and sub-systems support as well as aircraft component configuration to ensure effective support in identifying and planning for support requirements. You will ensure personnel within his/her section perform functional responsibilities in order to improve workflow, accommodate workload fluctuations and/or improve personnel job satisfaction.
