Supervisory Test Engineer - Position Description

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Supervisory Test Engineer to support our Navy customer in Pascagoula, MS.

Security Clearance:

Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

·        The position responsibilities may include but are not limited to:     
Individual performs test witnessing, systems installation, and validation of general aviation services, propulsion systems, gas turbine systems, and gas turbine ancillary equipment.

·        Amphibious Ship experience is highly desirable.

Experience Requirements:

·        15+ years Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management

·        10 years managing personnel in support of DoD/DON programs.

·        Experience in HM&E test witnessing, systems installation, and validation of general aviation services, propulsion systems, gas turbine systems, and gas turbine ancillary equipment.

·        Good analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and oral communication skills

·        Experience working with in Microsoft Excel and Word

·        Good communication skills written and oral
 

Educational Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline
