SUPERVISORY TESTING OFFICER
Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will be responsible for maintaining the standards, policy, and integrity of the Marine Corps TAPAS (non-cognitive testing), Classification and Language Testing programs. You will advise, collaborate and assist in the development of testing, human subject research and/or survey courses of action. You will advise on all routine functions, and oversee implementation and operations of the Test Control Section. You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including work planning, assignments, training and discipline and leave. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing, developing, and administering the test data control, which includes all in-service classification testing namely Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), Defense Language Proficiency (DLPT), the Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB), the Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System (TAPAS) and the Criteria Corporation Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) and ensures that tests are validated, and measures the psychological traits, abilities, and characteristics are used for guiding recruits efficiently. Degree: Mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science. The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position. or B.)
