About NBS
NBS provides services to the business groups to help us maintain economies of scale, reduce bureaucracy, increase flexibility, and create more value and impact for the business.
Initially, NBS will focus on providing People, Finance, Sales and Corporate related services to the business groups and corporate functions. They will be able to request programs and services based on their business needs with NBS designing and offering services as required.
 

About the Role:
We are looking to hire a Supplier Data Steward covering the governance for finance master data areas related to External Vendors (Company Code layer, Tax & Banking), Employees as Vendors (Travel and Expense), Payment methods, Payment Terms, Payment blocks, Bank master.
You will be expected to accelerate progress through governance accountability in respective area by ensuring data quality, availability, security and harmonization, including GDPR compliance. Strong involvement is expected in strategic master data initiative projects and programs from Master Data Governance point of view.
You will be accountable for advice, coaching and guidance within own area towards supplier data operations and continuous alignment with data governance owner, process and sub process owners consuming supplier master data (Source to Pay). 
 

Expertise in SAP (MDG), HR, and reporting tools.Knowledge of Source to Pay, Treasury, and Supplier processes.Experience with data management tools (MDM platforms, data warehousing, analytics).Proficiency in Camunda or similar BPM tools.Skilled in Microsoft O365 (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).Strong in SQL and data analytics.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Team-oriented with a focus on delivering value to Nokia and customers.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Track record of delivering high-quality services.

Supplier Data Governance and Strategy

Ensure data governance (quality, security, harmonization) and align across systems and organizations.Define and enforce master data policies, procedures, and updates.Develop and track data quality KPIs.Design master data maintenance processes, including RACI and training materials.

Master Data Analytics and Reporting

Oversee data cleansing and harmonization, setting requirements and priorities in collaboration with internal teams.

Strategic Programs Implementation

Support strategic initiatives (e.g., MDG, vendor projects, legal compliance) by gathering requirements, supporting implementation, and monitoring results.Allocate resources for data standards, UAT assignments, and initial load approaches.Drive continuous improvements, provide expertise, and align with process owners.Ensure master data maintenance follows agreed frameworks.
