As a Supply Developer, you will be a member of the global, category managed, sourcing team representing the inbound supply flow to our Plant in Tierp. This is a key role where you will be responsible to drive continues supply improvement projects, perform supply analysis and take proactive actions to constantly optimizing the inbound supply flow according to defined strategy. You will report to the Global Category Manager under Strategic Global Sourcing department.

Your job responsibilities are including, but not limited to, the following: 

In cooperation with the Strategic Category Buyer or Category Team Leader manage supply improvement projects according to defined KPI targets with the mission to optimize the agreed conditions Close cooperation with local logistics and call off department to improve supplier performance, capacity, demand and new requirements Through vast analytics, proactively detect and avoid potential supply deviations with clear ownership and planning Drive supply improvement projects and perform supply analysis leading to an optimized flow, stock levels, lot sizes and lead times Represent the logistics inbound flow, be a part of the QDCP setup (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Product development), and be responsible for D (delivery) in the Supplier Relationship Management process Drive and monitor supplier improvement projects to implement LEAN, reduce through put lead times, production planning, priority settings etc Knowledge of the Integrated Management System and observe its processes & requirements

To succeed, you will need:

1-3 years experience within sourcing, call off or supply developmentSpeak and write English fluentlyUniversity or College degree from a technical field or similar experienceFrom University or from work experience you gained knowledge about: The category management concept  Financial knowledge specialized for commercial company relationships and transactions.  Quality, LEAN and logistic processes  Various Manufacturing Processes  Genuine technical interest
