Are you ready to go beyond? **What you will do:** + Assess supplier performance & capabilities. + Engage the supplier at their facility to develop a comprehensive gap closure plan. + Follow-up with the PW and supplier team to validate the gap plan and monitor progress to ensure the benefits are being achieved + Lead impactful Continuous Improvement events at Supplier to close performance gaps. + Conduct weekly training and coaching on-site at the supplier. + Establish leading indicators of performance and track weekly. + Intervene to expedite deliveries and/or resolve quality issues + **The selected candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time on-site at their assigned suppliers within the Connecticut area** **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related field and 8 years of experience in operations, quality or continuous improvement roles; or an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract **Preferred qualifications:** + Certified CORE Expert or equivalent + Six-Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt + RTX SHA certified assessor + ITC / BAER experience **What is my role type?** In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
