Position Overview Supplier Diversity Intern - Summer 2025 We're International. We build International trucks and engines and IC Bus® school and commercial buses, as well as develop Fleetrite aftermarket parts. Our Supplier Diversity program aims to build partnerships with suppliers of varied perspectives and capabilities. About the Intern Program 12-week program with start dates on: May 12 or 19 or June 2 40 hours per week Must graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities As a Supplier Diversity Intern, you will report directly to the Supplier Diversity Program Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Assisting with the Small Business self-certification survey, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. • Supporting the Prime Tier 2 program, tracking participation, and reporting results from Prime Suppliers. • Supporting the Supplier Pipeline process, helping to identify and integrate diverse suppliers into our supply chain. • Participating in data enrichment projects to enhance the quality and completeness of supplier information. • Preparing presentations and reports to communicate the progress and impact of the projects supported. • Participating in additional special projects and related events as necessary. Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status) Desired Skills We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following skills and qualifications: • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint. • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with diverse teams. • Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Research Skills: Capability to conduct thorough research and compile relevant information to support program initiatives. • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. • Passion for Diversity: Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the supply chain. Benefits and Compensation We provide a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job. The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our campus intern openings is $24 - $38/hour. The hourly pay rate is based on year in school and is non-negotiable.
