RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees and coordinates analysis of supplier documentation to ensure supplier documentation compliance before supplier ships product to Weatherford. Coordinates with Suppliers to adjudicate/correct missing/incorrect documentation  Develops processes and procedures for Submittal/Storage/Retrevial of Supplier Documentation Coordinates the manufacturing provide product material test reports review results of incoming product. Reviews Supplier Ready to Ship requests to ensure product conformity to specification and issuing Authorization to Ship through Vendor Communication application. Provide support to Supplier Quality Engineers on Supplier Audit Preparation Represents Supplier Quality on cross-functional terms. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. Maintain clean and safe environment.  Support and assist in the improvements to document submittal processes, methods and controls. Performs research, and development of processes including monitoring of KPIs, identification of procedural bottlenecks and identifying/implementing process improvements. Coordinates the manufacturing, engineering, sourcing and procurement to ensure proper prioritization of reviews to prevent production delays. Lead/own Supplier corrective and preventative actions, to resolve documentation issues

QUALIFICATION 

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering 3 years experience in a manufacturing and/or engineering document control and approval. Related field experience preferred
