Job Description
Works with new and existing clients to coordinate enrollment with participating payers, completes all necessary enrollment forms for client signature, documents and track status of forms, follows-up with payers to ensure enrollment forms are received, tracks completion of enrollment, assists clients and operations with on-going payer enrollment issues.
Responsibilities:
Research, qualify and enroll our customers’ suppliers in MineralTree’s virtual card payment program and supplier network through heavy outbound callingEducate the supplier on the value of accepting virtual cards Identify and overcome objections through active listening, and effective and professional communicationGuide the supplier through the enrollment process while providing an outstanding customer experienceEfficiently and accurately gather all required data from the supplier to finalize the enrollment process, while demonstrating a strong attention to detailConsistently exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics and quality assurance goals, while maintaining a high-level customer experienceAbility to consistently stay self-motivated to achieve high volumes of outbound calls and exceeding enrollment and performance metrics with minimal daily supervisionCross-train on other Payment Optimization & Payment Operations team functions as needed Critically evaluate the business processes related to the role, and suggest improvements where neededHelp train new members of this quickly growing teamOther duties as assignedQualifications:
1-3 years of outbound sales experience (b2b sales experience preferred-virtual card, ePayables, commercial card, merchant processing, eProcurement)Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and goalsExceptional written and oral communication skillsStrong presentation skillsCustomer service orientation with strong attention to detailHigh degree of energy and self-motivationExcellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulnessHigh standards of integrityProficiency with CRM tools (SalesForce)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerpointInterest in being part of a fast-paced and growing culture!Must be US based, ideally based in a US state in Eastern or Central Time ZonesMonday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST$20 - $23 hourly rate.
