Key Responsibilities
Executes as the primary supplier quality focal for MDP's Manufacturing Ops.
Develops and executes supplier quality improvement priorities and strategies supporting the MDP high volume manufacturing business.
Leverages the BTP, OEM, AM, SP, CD teams to resolve SCARs on time and other escalations in manufacturing.
Leads broad-based systemic supplier resolutions in partnership with various functional team members, including generate, managing or driving resolutions of 8D.
Utilize enterprise-wide software to adjudicate and document quality issues, specifically, Containment, Root Cause, Corrective Action, and Corrective Action Verification.
May perform Supplier qualification of new and existing suppliers to enable Manufacturing build priorities.
Work in partnership with COO's, as needed, to achieve cost savings targets by driving supplier quality opportunities to closure.
Engage in process audits or conduct supplier audits, and promote sound testing methodologies using corporate compliances and industry standards for guidance.
Support in developing, documenting, and executing the worldwide Applied's Quality Management System and industry-standard documentation as reference material.
Communicates to senior leadership and forums project progress and milestones, and may include supplier operational performance.

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
