Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred3+ years of experience in in OEM or Tier1 company, with a preference for the automotive industryKnowledge and Deep understanding of Ford MP&L Supply Chain OperationsStrong knowledge in Ford MP&L systems like CMMS, Super G, GCP,MCPV etcNew supplier evaluation and supplier developmentSupplier Delivery Performance (KPI) monitoring and improvementCritical/Constraint Supplier ManagementProven track record in supply chain operations(Inbound flows / Packaging / Outbound flows / Diversity / Demand & Supply planning / In-plant Logistic operations / Warehouse management)Well versed with MS Office Tools (excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience in Large Data Handling/ManagementCompetencies and skills
