$16.80 - $23.10

Pay Rate: $24/hour

All internship positions are designed to give college students an opportunity to apply techniques learned in an academic setting while obtaining new skills. This is a paid internship offering full-time hours during the summer months. All interns are required to conclude the program by giving a formal presentation on their work. Please note that no relocation assistance or sponsorship is provided for the internship program at this time.

Position Summary:

The Graduate Supplier Management Data Analyst internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in Supplier Management and Supply Chain Operations. You will collaborate with the team to collect and analyze supplier datasets and provide insights that enhance our processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement. This role will develop your technical, analytical, and business acumen skills while working in a dynamic work environment. You will gain experience in Supplier Management, Data Analytics and Reporting, Data Modeling, and Process Improvement that will contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning, organizing, analyzing, and validating data from various supplier sources.

Analyze Operational, Supply Chain, and Supplier Management data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights. 

Automate manual data processes to improve efficiency and reduce reporting time. 

Document processes, data models, and methodologies to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing. 

Utilize basic Lean and Continuous Improvement tools (e.g., 5 Whys, SIPOC) to support workflow improvements. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business needs and strategy. 

 Program Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, or similar) or equivalent experience.

Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship program.

Experience Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Word, PowerPoint,) and data visualization tools.

Knowledge of AI tools and how to incorporate these in data modeling. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze basic datasets and communicate findings clearly.

Ability to document processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support stakeholders in simple, data-driven decisions.
