JOB OVERVIEW:

 

Trading Partner Services supports the onboarding and enablement of trading partners on the SAP Business Network to successfully transact with their customers.  This team engages with trading partners through one on one outreach, hosting summit sessions, conduct functional training webinars, and other means of correspondence to ensure tasks related to accepting relationship requests, taking ownership of and setting up accounts and ultimately transacting on SBN with their customers.  The Supplier Onboarding and Education Specialist uses a digital and consultative mindset to be an outstanding ambassador to the trading partner throughout the enablement process, sharing best practices, explaining the value of the network and creating a positive first impression of SAP before they join and transact.  Supplier Onboarding and Education Specialist will support the team in these activities, when applicable:

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Monitors and assists trading partner questions pre & post registration Documents all trading partner questions and responses accordingly Engages appropriate Support channels to assist trading partners throughout the Enablement Process Tracks trading partner questions for proactive team engagement for process and educational materials improvement for increased support Assists trading partners in understanding key value adds, comprehends the art of selling value, and adjusts language and approach bases on audience Knows SAP Ariba and Supplier Enablement Automation features, understands the value of ecommerce and SAP Ariba, and assists in the supplier education process with customer specific training guides. Proactively escalates issues to manager and project teams May assist in trading partner onboarding, which may include outbound calls or emails to Suppliers May assist in preparing and delivering the pre & post registration education package Leads and supports special projects as assigned

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Strong verbal, written communication, and video presentation skills in English Language Fluency in Spanish and/or French a plus  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and team skills Previous experience in customer or project focus and management skills Previous experience in meeting expected deadlines and timelines Previous experience with supporting or selling a technical or service delivery product Previous experience with webinar delivery platforms and/or video production Previous exposure to business operation units such as accounts payable, procurement, finance or collections Experience with EDI and cXML basics, CIF Catalogs Ability to be in-office in-person 3 days a week

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 52500 - 89300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
