ARE YOU READY TO WORK AT PRIMEREVENUE? The Supplier Operations Specialist manages the Supplier onboarding process from the document collection phase all the way through First Trade. This role works in partnership with the Account Executives to release up to hundreds of suppliers at a time from new and existing Buyer Programs. This role supports our goal of speed to monetization on new suppliers. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Effectively process a high volume of supplier onboarding documents daily with a high degree of accuracy. Evaluate and ensure all documents are compiled, accurate and verified as completed accurately for processing. Manage pipeline of suppliers, guiding them through the documentation process for onboarding to enable First Trades. Perform daily outreach to suppliers and funders to obtain any missing information or essential details for clarification. Communicate funding issues and status to suppliers and Account Executives. Maintain reporting on status of pipeline on a weekly basis. Build relationships with suppliers, funders, and Account Executives and deliver a high level of customer service. Consistent communication with Suppliers, Funding Institutions and Account Executives to maintain up-to-date status on each enablement. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience 3+ years of similar or related experience Experience engaging customers either on the phone or face to face. Experience assembling, administering, and processing application paperwork preferred. Experience using Salesforce or other customer information systems. Experience working with a complex process where attention to detail was necessary. Strong organizational, planning and time management skills. Strong TEAM, client, and service orientation. Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a high-volume and time sensitive environment Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and effectively meet deadlines.
