Supplier Program Manager II
As a Supplier Program Manager II, you'll be responsible for total supply chain performance and supplier management strategy, total materials budget, agreements and material orders on given major programs or portions of programs, as well establishing comprehensive material business plans and forecasts. You'll be accountable for timely and accurate completion of all cost, schedule, technical, legal and contractual efforts defined in the agreements between each supplier and SNC and/or its subsidiaries. Partnering with the Program Office, Engineering, Operations, Business Management and other function's of Supply Chain in developing/establishing a program material budget & schedule and then execute within that plan. Within constructs of the execution plan, guide a team in managing and facilitating all relevant supply chain's program execution, as well as identifying, mitigating and resolving risks/issues to ensure all work products meet cost, schedule and technical requirements. Leading a team in analyzing critical cost, technical and schedule aspects of supplier proposals, paying special attention to price and any exceptions to terms, the Statement of Work (SOW), the Technical Specifications or any other key requirements: then collaborating to establish negotiation targets, including major subcontracts and procured material for larger, more complex programs. IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor's Degree in a related field + Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education + Typically, 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, which includes 4+ years of program/people management experience + Experience in multiple phases of product cycle to include prototyping, development, qualification, certification, LRIP (Low Rate Initial Production), FRP (Full Rate Production) and Sustainment + Experience working in defense, aircraft, aerospace, electronics, software and/or other high tech industries + Experienced in Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) initiatives, including Design to Product Target Cost (DPTC) methodologies for development programs + Working knowledge with Risk and Opportunity Management, EVMS, Material Sale Forecasts, ERP/MRP, Gate Reviews + Working Experience with Program Management and/or subcontract management + Ability to travel 25-50% of time on average, with extensive travel from time to time + **The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required** ​ **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Technical/Engineering/Finance degree. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
