Incoming Inspection Analyst band: 1B Reports to Title: Supervisor Supplier QA Systems Major Duties/Responsibilities: Identify the major duties/responsibilities of the job. List the percentage of the incumbent's time that will be spent on each major duty/responsibility. Total should not exceed 100 percent. It is not necessary to list duties/responsibilities that represent less than 10 percent of time. Material (raw materials and packaging) release for upcoming production plan and export, Support of packaging material validation in production lines, Finished good traceability and locks, External and Internal audits in Plant, Leading study FG sampling, SLED validation and documentation if changes needed, Traceability exercises, Certificates for co-manufacturing, Report deviations of packaging and Raw Material, Weekly Locked Materials Meeting, Milk sample for COFEPRIS, Product blocking by Shelf Life, CCP validation of new packaging materials, release of High Risk materials and documentation. Incident Report Creation, Release of Q status for Finish products with Early Release, Batch changes for Customer returns, Transportation inspection, Materials testing with supplier in production lines, Additional MP sampling, Filling the HUs registry of Chili, Scan and upload COAs to the Quality league, Filling GMPs register, Weekly validation of Allergens Management and arrangement. Co-lead the Hershey Super Six Program for Warehouse, Review and sign the weekly temperature log, Update and review procedures related to the activities, Samples for R&D and Packaging Engineer requests, filling in the MP difference register based on Supplier COA, File and store vendors CAPAs, closing of incident reports in QIMS. Monthly SLED record filled, Monthly compilation of locked materials, Score Card of suppliers, Supplier notification of a material deviation, Release for DC and OS&D, Success Factors courses, Archive certificates, Archive color standards, Filling the Color Standards Register, Train the Supply Chain area in Quality subject-matters. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: Include only required physical and/or mental abilities and special criteria (heavy lifting, driver's license requirement, overtime, special work hours, etc.). Specific knowledge: a) Quality management systems knowledge b) HACCP training c) Statistical quality control knowledge d) SAP knowledge Abilities: a) Writing and speaking English skills. (desirable) b) Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office c) Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. d) This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to interface with individuals at all levels and functions of the business. e) Detail oriented Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Be specific with regard to years of experience, special training, applicable degree (or critical college level courses), as well as equivalency to education and experience. Education: Technical degree in food engineer, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant discipline (Bachelor’s Degree desirable). Experience: 1 year
