Role Summary

​​The Supplier Quality Engineer is accountable for completing the required Supplier Quality Program activities pertinent to their assigned supplier portfolio.

​ ​The overall focus of the role is to complete the required activities in terms of general supplier quality management framework and to work with the suppliers on performance improvement where required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

​​Execute activities per the Supplier Quality Program pertinent to the assigned supplier portfolio, including;Supplier AuditsSupplier ApprovalsSupplier FPAPsWhen and how a Flowserve Part Approval (FPAP) is actioned.Ensure Qualification Status is maintained and accurate within Ariba SLP for assigned suppliers.Identification of risk, and support if risk mitigation activities, in support of BU and Category strategies.Proactively support corrective actions related to delivery performance/risk as determined needed and prioritized by the key stakeholders.Operate in full compliance to all Flowserve Policies & Procedures as applicable to the role.
