Expected to ensure a continuous flow of parts supply to North American plants while minimizing costs. This role involves evaluating supplier weaknesses, implementing improvements, and driving operational excellence in supplier development.

Job Requirements:

University degree required; major in engineering, business management, or supply chain management preferred. Experience in supply chain (quality and development) and/or production. Preferably experience in automotive or heavy commercial truck industry, focusing on supplier quality, capacity, manufacturing engineering, supplier development, or crisis management.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with suppliers and supply chains to assess and enhance performance. Accurately evaluate supplier weaknesses and implement targeted solutions. Monitor high-risk supplier development issues to prevent operational crises. Develop and implement supplier problem-solving techniques to address fault issues. Improve supplier production systems and processes to maintain operational stability. Drive supplier operational excellence initiatives. Establish and prioritize objectives to achieve operational and development goals.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
