Summary: Seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality activities, including development, qualification, and management of suppliers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in Supplier Quality Engineering Experience with cast and machined components production Strong knowledge of facility audits and QMS guidelines Proficient in statistical analysis and related software ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer preferred Proficient in MS Office, Minitab, etc. Ability to travel up to 50% Working knowledge of measuring equipment

Responsibilities:

Drive Supplier Qualification Process for new and existing suppliers Support supplier quality management system elements Assist suppliers with understanding product specifications Lead supplier corrective actions for internal/external failures Develop suppliers with Global Quality Assurance Engineering group Perform special projects as assigned Conduct trend analysis and establish supplier quality metrics Communicate periodically with internal customers regarding quality objectives

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
