Ensure smooth flow of Capable parts to specification into NCR Service Organization. This position will report directly to the Supplier Quality Manager. This position requires technical expertise in mechanical and electrical parts. The role involves interfacing with NCR sourcing, Engineering, NPI, Manufacturing Quality & other key functions to ensure that the supplier and relevant internal teams are advised on the right actions from the data collected so that the correct future decisions can be made and planned. The role requires the candidate to possess the following skill sets + Good knowledge and technical expertise in Repair and/or Manufacturing operations of mechanical and electrical parts. + Experience in handling supplier quality management systems + Process and System Audit experience + Should possess good knowledge and experience in FMEA, Control plan, FAI, 8D and other relevant problem solving tools + Should have knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality management system + Capable of interfacing with suppliers in multiple countries. + Excellent PC application knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PPT, Excel) **Job Responsibilities** + Responsible for Repair Center’s parts quality performance of all the assigned locations across MEA + Timely resolution of parts quality issues reported in the NCR supply chain + Ensure implementation of Engineering changes across all Repair Centers. + Ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken timely to address part quality issues identified and ensure timely closure of 8D + Plan and conduct FAI audits at repair suppliers and report audit feedback + Conduct supplier assessments per plan and reporting + Plan and conduct supplier performance review meetings & represent supplier quality team in internal meetings & global calls + Maintain & govern supplier performance metrics data + Support strategic projects related to supplier quality & other cross functional projects + Drive suppliers for continuous improvement **Requirements** + College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline + 2+ years of industry experience in Supplier quality assurance or supplier development environment + Good knowledge and experience in using and applying statistical tools. + Experience in using 8D, PPAP & Quality Problem solving tools + Strong English communication skills both oral and written is a must + Willingness to travel across EMEA countries occasionally (<10%) + Strong presentation skills and ownership mentality + Experience / Knowledge of media handling devices is a plus Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. **EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
