Responsibilities:

New Supplier Development

Evaluate potential suppliers and assess their capabilitiesEnsure that new suppliers meet quality requirements

Qualify New Part

Follow APQP process to develop new parts with supplierCheck the FAI/Pilot in supplier side, and follow up improvement if neededPPAP new parts

Supplier Quality Management

Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards and performance metricsConduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality systemsMonitor supplier performance and address any quality issues promptly

Quality Continuous Improvement

Lead the quality problem solving in supplier side to increase the customer satisfactionImprove the capabilities of suppliers by Lean production, error proof managment, etc

Others Supporting

Support activity: cost saving , CTQ standard, Mock up validation , etcSupport global tribe quality activityTasks from department manger

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with ISO standards and quality certifications.Proficient in spoken and written English.Strong understanding of internal and supplier auditing, process validation, metrology, and inspection equipment, familiar with VDA 6.3 is betterStrong understanding of metal part manufacturing processes : Stamping, cutting, painting , etc

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreeExperience in supplier quality management, auditing, and problem-solving.Working experience 3 years at least
